About Utica Strays
Since 2015, Utica Strays has strived to help get the feral cat population under control in the Utica, NY area. We hope to lessen the needless suffering of our city's abandoned and feral cats by getting them spayed/neutered, vaccinated and potentially adopted in appropriate circumstances.

In an ideal world, every human being would be compassionate enough to lend a helping hand.
